If you're into Cross Fit and just want need to improve on your olympic lifts, or even want a full time olympic lifting coach this is the service for you. We offer full time weightlifting programming, as well as drop in Cross Fit olympic lifting consulting. Our olympic lifting programming covers everything from conditioning to strength training. The full time programming does not only cover the olympic lifts, but is a well rounded approach to the sport.
You love squat, bench, and deadlift! Let's train those heavy and often with our powerlifting programming. This programming is based off experience level and is periodized to keep you progressing. Our powerlifting programming is not solely the big 3 lifts, but will also include other essential movements to help keep you healthy while exceeding at the sport.
Small Group Sessions (3 Person Max)
If you enjoy more of the social aspect of working out, recruit a couple of your friends to invest in their health with you! Small group sessions are an affordable answer to training. With groups of 2 to 3 people, the sessions are designed to increase strength and metabolically condition. What that means is with as little as 2 sessions a week you can increase your lean muscle mass and decrease fat mass.

Long Term Athletic Development Coaching
Our online LAD coaching is perfect for anyone in Professional Wrestling, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and general hypertrophy clients. This is a unique form of coaching that allows the client to train from the comfort of their local gym, or even from home. This is a great service for clients of any experience level.
Individualized Goal Oriented 4 week program
Every 4 weeks you will receive a new program, questions or concerns will be directed to email. Each program will be designed with your current/most recent training and current goals in mind.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call/text (317) 910-7199. When a client schedules a session with us, a block of time is reserved specifically for that client. Time is valuable for both us and our clients. Therefore, 6-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Should a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. As a courtesy to our clients and because we realize emergencies do occur certain situations are unavoidable. Similarly, this policy applies to the trainer. Should a situation arise when we have to cancel or reschedule a session with a client, we will do our best to provide the client with 24-hour notice. If we cannot provide 24-hour notice, we will not deduct that session from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
Should a client fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
